Jan 03: Note proliferation of pine wildings regenerating into natural forest.

Hancock Watch Visit January 2003: Checked out southern portion of plantation. Noticed proliferation of pine wildings. Also noted poor quality of the plantation in general. It seemed rather neglected and run down.
